Tuna Salad

Category Four Stars, Lunch

Tuna Salad They say: A great source of protein, our premixed tuna salad makes for a simple lunch that prepares anywhere in minutes.

I say: I'm not a whiz when it comes to making tuna. And after eating it raw, when I tried Body for Life 2 years ago, I've come to view it purely as human cat food. Me-OW. So my taste buds have extremely low expectations for all things fishy. This however was pretty good. Tuna connoisseurs may disagree, but hey it works for me.

Ate this one yesterday for the first time and it was OK on the melba toast. I think it would be better with some chp. green onion and some celery added to it and served on a salad. I'd give it a B+. A little runny, but the taste is OK.

This is really good if eaten on light Rye crisp bread (found in the cracker section at the grocery store) I use 2, and that's only 50 calories.

I love this and the chicken salad...yesterday I felt I needed more protein so I mixed it with about 2 oz of tuna and a hard boiled egg (usually I do not add anything) and toasted a whole wheat English muffin under the boiler, topped it with the tuna salad, and a little fat free cheese to melt on top...sooooooo good. I usually do the melt without the added tuna and egg and topped with the cheese as my extra lunch protein and that is also so good...bad day yesterday and didn't get my extra breakfast and snack protein so used them there....

This was just OK. I think I like the Chicken salad better.

Tastes a lot like the chicken salad but tastes OK on some nice fresh wheat bread with maybe a piece of fat free cheese. Also good over green salad.

I'm really picky about anyone else's tuna, but I really like this. Wish it wasn't quite so moist, because if you make a sandwich out of it, it squishes out. I like it as a melt. 8/10.

I loved this, I chopped up hard boiled egg to it and served it over a tossed salad.

I like this and I make it into a melt with cheese on top. Yummy

I love this. I add chopped dill pickles and onions to it. I also add either 1 chopped egg or 1 oz tuna as my protein addition. Eat as a sandwhich on toasted bread or on my salad.

I love the tuna salad. I only got one w/ my first order and wish I had more. I added 1/4 of albacore(sp*) white tuna as my protein addtion and put it on my salad and then I use my fat from dinner(I never use my fat at dinner) 2tblsp of miracle whip light and mix it all together. It was great, you can crunch of the melba toast as croutons or just pile some on them and eat it them that way.

I prefer the original tuna salad in the can over the newer version in the pouch, but the new one is pretty good too. it's great to take into fast food places when going with co-workers, friends, or kids. You just order the side salad then pour your pouch on top. This way there's no falling off the NS wagon.

A little disappointing to me. Fine on a salad, but I don't think I'd like it too much as a sandwhich or on crackers.

Yuck, Yuck Yuck...It was way to runny and I didn't taste hardly any tuna in it. I had orded 4 but had to exchange them for something more tasty

I like the chicken salad but not the tuna salad, I would rather use the Starkist plain tuna than this.
