"I have been on NutriSystem now for 5 weeks and lost about 10 pounds. I have struggled with my weight for some time and needed to find a program I could live with comfortably. I have tried other programs, but they did not work. I needed something else. I didn not know what that "something else" was until I tried the NutriSystem plan.
I am comfortable with heating up food that I do not have to prepare-no measuring or weighing. Just eating my three meals a day and forgetting that I am on a diet. However, there was one thing that was missing. What was my hubby going to have for dinner? I was also afraid I would miss cooking the gourmet meals that got me into this mess in the first place. Well, I found a happy medium. I eat the NutriSystem meals, which I think are very tasty, and I try to coordinate my meals with similar meals I prepare for hubby.
