Pancake Stacker

This week's recipe comes from NutriSystem member Naomi, who says, "I had to share this. I saw a commercial for a restaurant showing cinnamon stacks, and thought I could try it with NutriSystem foods. It's excellent! I had fresh strawberries on it and found it very filling. Plus, it satisfied my urge for a cinnamon roll!"

Cranberry Orange Relish

The next few recipes you and your family can enjoy for the holidays without feeling any guilt. These will be the perfect dishes to compliment any meals—whether you roast the turkey yourself or you're enjoying your NutriSystem meal. If you've always had canned cranberry sauce, try this delicious and easy cranberry relish.

Note: fresh cranberries are often sold in plastic bags and can be refrigerated for up to a month or frozen for nine months. Studies have shown cranberries to have high antioxidant properties and may promote urinary health.

Cranberries should be washed and sorted before you prepare them; remove any berries that are bruised. If your recipe calls for chopped cranberries, pull out your food processor, since chopping these little berries by hand can be both tedious and time-consuming. The berries can be easily chopped—about a cup at a time—in your food processor.
