I say: It's been a few months since I've had a beef entrée. I've been sticking to the pasta dishes. When I opened it to vent the smell brought back memories. Why on earth do the beef gravy’s have such thick odors? As usual it tasted much better than it smelled. I don't remember seeing mushrooms, but I did spot a carrot or two.

I decided to nuke it for about 1 minute. Not to make it hot, just to warm it up from room temperature. Besides it's beans, olives, corn and pasta.
