I say: I liked the eggs but really didn't taste the cheddar cheese. I'm better off adding a slice of fat free mozzerella.
NutriFrosted Crunch Cereal
They say: Made with whole grain oat flour, these frosted flakes give you great taste and good nutrition.
I say: Note the phrase "frosted flakes", yup that's what they taste like. Though not as sweet and you don't see hug gobs of sugar crusted over each flake.
Banana Spice Muffin
They say: Puré bananas and fresh cinnamon give this wheat bran muffin a flavor you'll love.
I say: I grudgingly admit this is better than the Lemon Poppyseed Muffin but that doesn't mean much. It has the same chalky aftertaste though the banana spice is easier to swallow than the lemon flavor.
Oatmeal
They say: Enjoy this hearty classic and know you're having a breakfast that will keep you going the whole morning.
I say: I'm still trying to figure out what that yellow thing in the picture is. A lemon? Can't be a banana based on the shape. A peach slice? In any event as far as plain oatmeal goes, this was fine. I didn't spice it up with sugar or cinnamon or fruit. I mixed it with 1/2 water 1/2 soy milk.
Lemon Poppyseed Muffin
They say: An instant classic, this lemon poppy muffin has a taste second to none.
I say: Uh...I seriously beg to differ. This was hard to swallow. Literally. Quite dry. The lemony flavor left such a weird after taste that I couldn't wait to wash it down with water. I think it's the first meal I have inducted into the "No way will I reorder!" category.
Lowfat Granola Cereal
They say: We've got great-tasting granola without fat, a great high-energy breakfast choice.
I say: I warmed this up in the microwave and it was pretty good. I was tempted to add sugar, well Splenda actually, but the Vanilla Soy Milk made it naturally sweet.

I say: If you like Quakers Oatmeal, you'll love this. Mix with milk (soy milk for extra nutrients) to make it creamier and voila a tasty hot breakfast that'll make you all warm and healthy inside.

I say: Chocolate for breakfast? C'mon. I had this as a snack instead and boy did it hit the sweet spot.
Cranberry Granola Bar

I say: Bits of dried cranberries gave it a nice tangy mouth watering taste. Would go nice with a side of yogurt. Soft and chewy.
Apple Granola Bar
They say: Honey, dried apples and a touch of brown sugar give this granola bar its distinctive flavor.
I say: A bit sparse for a breakfast meal. Works better as a dessert or snack. Soft & chewy.

I say: Doesn't come in it's own bowl, but I found out today the pouch can serve as one in a pinch. Very, very crunchy. A slight mix of flakes and granola bits. Just sweet enough and yes you can taste the cinnamon.
NutriCoconut O's Cereal
They say: The whole-wheat flour makes them healthy, and the real coconut makes them taste fantastic.
I say: Coconut in cereal? Who'da thunk it? A mix of flakes and O shaped oats. Very crunchy. Can withstand sitting in soy milk as I type this. Nice. Doesn't come in it's own bowl like Mini Frosted Shredded Wheat Cereal, Frosted Oats Cereal & NutriFlakes Cereal - 40% Bran Cereal.
Scrambled Eggs - Smoke Flavor
They say: Made with real eggs, our scrambled egg mix gives you a quick and simple way to have a great breakfast any day of the week.
I say: I rated these higher than the Scrambled Eggs with Peppers and Mushrooms because I added my own vegetables and it was a big improvement. It's such a huge portion that by using a bowl, adding 1/3 cup of mixed vegetables and a slice of fat free cheese, I felt like I "cooked" it myself. Double yum!
Scrambled Eggs with Peppers and Mushrooms
They say: Enjoy these scrambled eggs with vegetables alone or use them as the foundation for a perfect morning omelet.
I say: After about a week of cold cereals this was a nice surprise. The portion in the picture is about right, it's HUGE. I was able to fill up a pita-styled bread and still have 1/2 left over. Flavor and consistency were fine, though it tasted better with the bread than alone. A slice of fat free cheese should add nicely to the omelety flavor.
Mini Frosted Shredded Wheat Cereal
They say: We've got the naturally sweetest way to get the benefits of whole wheat.
I say: I really really liked these. Next week I'm going to look for a more filling fruit to top off my cereals with. 1/2 a banana is one serving whereas I can get an entire cup of berries. Variety is the spice to my life. So far all the cereals got soggy pretty quick. Quick like before I can finish adding the banana to it. But either they are very tasty or it's the vanilla soy milk because I really haven't minded.
Frosted Oats Cereal
They say: These naturally flavored frosted oat Os give you a sweet breakfast treat without all the sugar.
I say: Look Ma, Cheerios! LoL. Tasty. Had it with bananas.
NutriFlakes Cereal - 40% Bran Cereal
They say: NutriBran Flakes give you all the health benefits of bran with a taste and crunch you'll love.
I say: While it sogged up a bit under my vanilla soy milk, it was tasty. Sorta like Raisin Bran w/o the raisins. Since this week's breakfast fruit was banana, next week I'm trying it with berries.
