I say: I never had biscotti before and I read about it on the NutriSystem boards and was terrified. But again it was good. For those who don't know, apparently biscotti is sorta like a twice baked cookie. So it's quite dry. But it's a cookie. C'mon you can't knock that right?

I was surprised that it was very good. I wish there was a little more of it though.
I must have gotten a bad one because mine tasted like black sawdust. It was dry, crumbly and like wood bits....UCK...YOU CAN HAVE MINE.

Lots of folks don't like these, but I love them. Tastes are different and folks should try to this for themselves. The opinions vary a great deal, but I find them to be tasty and satisfying.
Dry but then all biscotti is dry
its meant to be dipped in coffee, tea or milk.
Then its real good

So many people have complained about these being dry -- well, biscotti IS dry. I have to wonder if those who don't like it have ever tried real biscotti.
Biscotti is meant to be dunked in coffee or other liquid. That's why you always find it sold in all the coffeehouses.

Didn't mind the flavor. Hate the texture. Too dry!
A perfect light snack with my pre-bed cup of tea. I like both this one and the almond flavour. They're keepers!!!
I'm a biscotti lover, but I couldn't really get this one down. I love to dunk them in my coffee, however, when I did that it didn't even soften like biscotti's are supposed to. I had some others and since I don't like to throw anything away, I crushed one and added it to my vanilla pudding and ate half one night and half the next night. I actually loved it that way!!
LUV THESE!! ONE OF MY FAVES ON THE DESSERT SELECTIONS!! STRANGE, I NEVER LIKED BISCOTTI TIL THESE, BUT THEN I AM WEIRD!!
Awesome! I save my fat for the day and spread a tsp. of peanut butter on top and nuke it for 20 secs and then add a dollop of FF Cool Whip.
Don't like it at all. There's almost no taste...
one of the only ns foods I have tried that i have to say is truly horrible.
The taste was pretty good. The texture was a little dry.

I didn't like it at first, but I have gotten to where I do like it now crunches and all.
As someone else mentioned, I also spread peanut butter on top! Awesome!
These aren't so bad! They would have been wonderful with coffee or tea. I'm so glad it wasn't too sweet.

I heard such bad things about these, but I also heard they'd been reformulated, so I ordered one (actually got 2 more). It was delish. I took a hammer to the first one I had intending to mix it in yogurt, but once I tried it, I ate it alone. I think I'll switch these with my afternoon snack so I can have it at work with a Tim Horton's coffee - yum 
OOOO this was good. Much bigger serving than the desert bars, at least it seems bigger because it takes so long to eat. Doesn't taste like diet food.
I know biscotti pretty well being all Italian, but believe me, they are not supposed to break your teeth. I dip one into a hot espresso to make it go down but like the person above said, it has virtually no taste. I do not think you should have to jazz up this cookie with peanut butter, a microwave or cool whip - or all of the above. NS needs to just make it better.
