I say: Doesn't come in it's own bowl, but I found out today the pouch can serve as one in a pinch. Very, very crunchy. A slight mix of flakes and granola bits. Just sweet enough and yes you can taste the cinnamon.

I find that this tends to come very mushed up in tiny pieces. Quite sweet; if you like sweet cereals you'll probably like it. Nice cinammony taste. 6/10.
I like all the cereals, but I wish this one came in a bowl. It seems like most of it is crushed when I open it, and I think it's because it's in a pouch. Still yummy, though.

I really like this cereal but it was crushed to bits - and not much of it.
like almost everyone else said, this cereal usually comes crushed into tiny peices. also, it is too crunchy. i have tried soaking in milk for a while, but it doesnt seem to help. the flavor is great though. but, you only get small bits.
I haven't tried this yet, but if it's precrushed it sounds like it'll be good to mix with yogurt. 
It's good, but I agree that I wish it came in a bowl so it wouldn't end up so crumbled. Also the portion size is small, I imagine because the calories are higher. Since that matters to me, I usually choose a different cereal that has a larger serving.
Love this cereal. Have tried w/ milk & with yogurt. Great both ways.
Love these. I crunch them up and mix them with warmed peaches. It's like a peach cobbler.
I like these very much, but don't order them because they don't come in a bowl. I wish NS would revert back to the bowls because they are so much more convenient and the cereal doesn't arrive in crumbs.

I had them this morning too! Crumbled or not it still tastes the same to me. Love the crunchiness.

This is my favorite breakfast, by far!!! I love it! It doesn't taste like a "diet" cereal at all! So sweet and cinammony!!! (is that a word???)
I liked the cereal, mine was also crushed....great with yogurt.
love with bananas!!! of course, we all wish it was a bigger serving! 
Loved this cereal. I only had it with milk, but will have to try the warmed peaches idea later in the month. 
this and most all the ns cereals and terrific with a small peach cut up in it and skim milk--but plain yogurt instead of the milk would add up to a top notch filling breakfas. 
Very good. Not too sweet and not too plain. I didn't taste the cinnamon, though. But good nonetheless. Also wish it would come in a bowl. Some of the cereal squares don't soften in milk and remain extremely crunchy and hard even. Be careful not to break a tooth! Would've given 4 stars but I'm a dental hygienist and concerned about breaking a tooth...
