They say: Made with whole grain oat flour, these frosted flakes give you great taste and good nutrition.
I say: Note the phrase "frosted flakes", yup that's what they taste like. Though not as sweet and you don't see hug gobs of sugar crusted over each flake.

I liked it... but it's reaaaalllly crunchy. I'll have to let it sit in the milk a little longer next time 
I haven't tried it yet but I am happy to hear that it is really crunchy! I like to put crunchy type cereals into yogurt to eat. I find it so satisfying!
At first, I was shocked at how little the portion was (today was my first day and it was my first meal). But I ate it slowly and was pleasently surprised at how full I was. It was good.
Great mixed with your yogurt (milk/protein) and a fruit; filling. Also good mixed with applesauce and warmed in microwave...then top with FF vanilla yogurt...voila, apple crisp/cobbler NS-style.
These are sooo good and they are really crunchy. Actually like really crunchy Frosted Flakes. Great with bananas.
Not bad with a little fruit and some splenda. 
This was a lot like frosted flakes, not as sugary, but hey it's diet. I agree that it does get a little smashed in shipping. So more like crumbs instead of flakes. Very good and will reorder. 
Pleasantly suprised. Good as a dry snack food too. 
I'm usually not a fan of plain cereals, but I really like this one. It's got a plesant taste and doesn't get soggy on me.

Just had for breakfast this morning with some strawberries. Yummy...
